Rental Procedure & Guidelines

Thank you for choosing us for your rental needs. To ensure a smooth booking and pickup experience, we require all clients to meet the following standard criteria prior to releasing any equipment or property:Required Information & Documentation

  1. Contact Information: Provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and a reliable contact phone number.
  2. Identification: Present a valid, unexpired government-issued physical photo ID at the time of processing.
  3. Payment Method: A valid credit card must be provided to be securely kept on file for incidentals.
  4. Rental Agreement: Review and sign our standard rental agreement outlining the terms of use and liabilities.

Security Authorization

  • Security Hold: A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card on file when you pick up your rentals. This hold is temporary and will be released following the safe, on-time return of all rented items in their original condition.
