Rental Procedure

To Rent with BTS Event Rentals,

Visit our Rental Shop and place a rental inquiry and we will follow up with you with your rental request, or

Email info@btseventrentals.com your inquiries and we will reply to you, or

Call us at (714) 783-5068 and we will be gladly to help you with your rental inquiries.

To place an order via phone or email,

Please provide your first name, last name, email and phone number

so we can send you an invoice, receipts, and any other documents.

Before releasing BTS Event Rentals equipment,

We require a couple of documents before releasing you the equipments.

We require you to provides us with these documents to verify identity and residency.

  • Renter's Valid California D.L.
  • Renter's DMV Car Registration ( most current date with name and address)
  • Two postal mail ( any current mail you get from the postal mail)
  • A credit card or debit card ( or security deposit )

Note: Please have all documents present when picking up your rental. We will not release the rental equipment if you have missing documents.

Once Verified, you will be required to sign our rental contract before accepting the equipment. You can read the Rental Terms and Conditions or visit Rental Terms and Conditions tab.

For rentals orders over $5000 in rental equipment value, we do require you to provide us with equipment insurance or business insurance. To purchase insurance, we recommend https://www.athosinsurance.com/ or https://www.insuremyequipment.com/ if you need an affordable solution. (We are NOT affiliated with them, but we do use their services and they're great!)
